What the site is for
The site describes our services, publishes guides and lets you contact us, estimate a project and book a call. It is for general information. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
Estimates, payment plans and offers
Cost estimates from our calculator and figures in our guides are planning ranges based on the information given. They are not quotes or binding offers. A project price is set only in a written proposal.
Payment plans, including deferred payments, are available only to qualified projects, after a review of the business, the project scope and the timeline, and only on the terms of a signed written agreement. Information on the site about payment plans does not commit us to offer them to anyone.
Client work is covered by separate agreements
When we build, run or support software for a client, that work is governed by the written agreement we sign with that client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Partner program
Referral fees and the rules of the partner program are set out on the partner program page and in any written partner agreement. Examples of earnings on the site are illustrations only and are not a promise of income.
Our content
The site, including its text, graphics, illustrations, logos and code, belongs to Envazia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site and quote short passages with credit to Envazia. You may not copy, republish or sell site content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Send false information, spam or anything unlawful through our forms, chat or booking calendar.
- Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it.
- Use automated tools to collect content or data from the site in a way that harms it or breaks these terms.
- Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to a business.
Third-party services and links
Some features, such as the booking calendar and chat window, are provided by third parties, and the site links to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that its content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Envazia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of any signed client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Montana, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
