Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to send us, including when you:
- Fill in the contact form: your name, work email, company, company size, the help you need, budget range, timeline and message.
- Use the cost calculator: your answers about the project, your project description, name, email, phone number if you add it, company, company size and timeline.
- Apply to the partner program: your contact details and the information you give about yourself and the businesses you may refer.
- Book a call through our scheduling calendar: your name, email, phone number and any notes you add.
- Message us through the chat window on the site, by email or by phone.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and the tools we use collect information about your device and visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you and approximate location derived from your IP address.
We use these tools:
- Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site.
- Meta Pixel, to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads. It records events such as page views, clicks on booking links, form submissions and booked calls.
- Our customer relationship and scheduling platform (HighLevel, also called LeadConnector), which runs the booking calendar and the chat window.
- Browser storage on your own device, which remembers a partner referral code if you arrived through a referral link, your latest cost estimate summary and which of our pages you landed on, so a booking can be credited to the right page.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and our chat and booking tools set cookies or use similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and control how Meta uses data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the chat window or booking calendar, from working properly.
How we use your information
- To reply to your requests and prepare cost estimates.
- To schedule and hold calls with you.
- To review whether a project may qualify for our payment plans.
- To run the partner program, including tracking referrals and paying referral fees.
- To send you information about your project and, where allowed, about our services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
- To measure and improve the site and our advertising.
- To protect the site against spam and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may contact you by text message about your request or a scheduled call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us, including website hosting (Hostinger), our customer relationship, scheduling and chat platform (HighLevel), analytics (Google) and advertising measurement (Meta). They may use the information only to provide their services to us, and under their own privacy policies where they act on their own behalf.
- A referral partner, if you reached us through their referral link, to the extent needed to credit and pay their referral fee.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- A buyer or successor if our business is reorganized, merged or sold.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to maintain business and tax records, and then delete or anonymize it. Analytics and advertising tools keep data according to their own retention settings.
How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to opt out of certain advertising uses of your information. To make a request, email info@envazia.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
The site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on the site.
