The challenge
Weaverly helps professionals keep their most important relationships active. It organizes contacts, suggests who to reach out to with daily nudges, and matches the Offers and Needs across a person's network to surface introductions and opportunities. Its users include founders, superconnectors, advisors, and business development professionals.
Weaverly's founder, David Cerven, is a non-technical founder. Building a software company that way means needing a full product team long before you can afford to hire one: engineers, infrastructure, quality testing, and marketing, plus someone to think through go-to-market strategy. Hiring and managing a dozen specialists would have pulled his time away from customers, partnerships, and growth.
What we built
Envazia became Weaverly's full product team under one roof. Development, cloud infrastructure, quality testing, marketing, and strategy all work from the same plan, so nothing gets lost between separate vendors.
On the product side, Envazia took the platform from early beta to a live product with AI features, running on a secure and scalable cloud setup. On the marketing side, the same team handled Weaverly's website, SEO, social media, and launch campaigns, while Envazia's leadership acted as a thinking partner on go-to-market strategy.
The team scaled with the work. As Weaverly's needs changed, Envazia added people to the project and adjusted its working hours to overlap with Weaverly's in the US, so collaboration across continents stays seamless.
The result
Weaverly is live, with AI features and a secure, scalable cloud setup, and paid memberships are about to launch.
The founder gets the capabilities of a much larger company while staying lean, and spends his time on customers, partnerships, and growth instead of hiring and managing specialists.
David rated Envazia 5 out of 5 in a verified G2 review, describing the team as a true partner and a trusted collaborator.
“They're invested in our success, not just in finishing tasks. They've been flexible as our needs changed, grown the team when we needed more hands, and adjusted their working hours to line up with ours in the US, which makes collaboration feel seamless. I also value having development, infrastructure, quality testing, marketing, and strategy all under one roof. Everyone works from the same plan, and nothing gets lost between vendors.”
