Lancepilot comes with a real time inbox which lets you communicate with your WhatsApp prospects in real time. The inbox is equipped with lots of features. You can assign chats to your designated team members, access customer profiles, view a 24 hours conversation window clock, access template messages, filter chats and much more.
How We Started
Lancepilot approached Envazia with the goal of developing a scalable WhatsApp communication tool that would help businesses manage and automate customer interactions in real time. Many sales and support teams struggled with handling multiple conversations, tracking customer history, and ensuring timely follow-ups. They needed a solution that would act as a fully equipped inbox for WhatsApp, providing a seamless way to manage leads, assign chats, and improve engagement.
Project Process

Research & Wireframing
Before development, we conducted in-depth research on WhatsApp’s business API, customer engagement strategies, and the workflow of sales teams using WhatsApp for lead conversion. Based on those insights, we designed wireframes and workflow diagrams outlining the structure of the real-time inbox, conversation management features, and automation tools.
UI/UX Design
The user interface was built with a focus on efficiency, clarity, and smooth navigation. Our goal was to create an inbox that felt as familiar as WhatsApp but with added features for business operations. By keeping the UI intuitive and easy to navigate, we ensured that sales and support teams could adopt the platform instantly without a steep learning curve.
Development & Testing
To ensure scalability and security, we built Lancepilot using:

Node.js & Firebase for backend infrastructure, ensuring fast and reliable data management.

During testing, we simulated high-volume customer interactions to ensure the system remained stable under heavy use. We also fine-tuned message synchronization, chat assignment accuracy, and real-time notifications to optimize response efficiency.
