Client Obligations
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, clients must provide:

Failure to provide required access or timely feedback may result in delays or suspension of services.
Payment Terms
- Payment Schedules: Payment terms will be outlined in your specific agreement with Envazia. Payments for services are due as specified in your agreement, and failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as detailed in your agreement, and any overdue payments may result in a pause of services until all outstanding balances are paid.
Invoicing and Payment Methods
- Invoices for ongoing services such as Managed IT Services and Tech Support will be issued monthly.
- For project-based services, such as IT Consultation or System Upgrades, payments will be invoiced at key milestones during the project.
We accept payments via credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All invoices must be paid according to the terms listed on the invoice, typically within 14 or 30 days.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our managed IT services and the bespoke nature of our work, Envazia does not offer refunds once services have commenced. If you wish to cancel any services, you must provide 30 days’ notice.
Confidentiality
Envazia values the privacy of our clients. We will not disclose any confidential or sensitive information related to your business without your explicit consent, except as required by law. We take appropriate measures to ensure the security of your data and use it solely for the purposes of delivering the services agreed upon.
Intellectual Property

Once payment is received in full, ownership of the agreed-upon deliverables may be transferred to the client, subject to the terms of your agreement.
Use of Third-Party Tools
Envazia may use third-party software, services, or tools as part of the delivery of our services. While we ensure these tools support your business goals, we do not assume responsibility for any issues that arise from the use of third-party software or services.
Limitation of Liability
Envazia is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Envazia harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal actions resulting from your use of our services, or from your breach of these terms and conditions.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. For ongoing services, a 30-day notice is required. Envazia reserves the right to terminate services immediately if there is a breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes or claims arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
